Go to bed early

Kids need 8 to 9 hours of sleep. If you go to bed early, by 9.00 p.m., you can wake up early by 5.00 a.m/6.00 a.m. Stick to a regular bedtime. Parents can encourage older kids and teens to set a bedtime that allows for the full hours of sleep needed at their age. 

Wake up early morning

We should wake up early in the morning. Morning time is good for studying with a fresh and energetic mind. Stick to a regular wake-up time. Parents can encourage their children to wake up by 5 or 5.30 am, at least 2-3 hours earlier than their school bus timings.

Offer prayers
